1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or attending the "Be The Change - Leading Yourself & Others in 2026" live event (the “Event”) offered by Peakality (“Organizer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or attend the Event.
2. Event Details
Date and Time: January 9, 2026, from 9:45am ET to 4pm ET.
Location: Online via Zoom platform
Access: Participants will receive a unique Zoom link upon successful registration and payment.
3. Registration and Payment
Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the point of registration.
Prices and fees are subject to change until registration is complete.
All payments are in USD.
4. Eligibility
The Event is intended for individuals aged 18 and above.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
5. Participant Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have a compatible device, stable internet connection, and necessary software to access Zoom.
You agree to participate respectfully and comply with the Event’s rules and guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the Event, including but not limited to presentations, workbooks, recordings, and bonuses, are the intellectual property of Peakality or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share Event materials outside your personal use without prior written permission.
7. Guarantee and Refund Policy
We stand behind the transformative potential of this Event. Accordingly, we offer the following guarantee (the “Guarantee”):
Our Promise: Attend the full day of the Event, actively engage in all exercises, and if you do not walk away with at least three (3) valuable and actionable strategies you can implement immediately, notify us via email at [email protected] within 48 hours of Event completion.
Refund Procedure: Upon receipt of your timely refund request, we will issue a full refund of your registration fee - no questions asked.
Retention of Materials: You may keep the Peakality Thrive Workbook and all other bonuses regardless of your refund request.
Limitations: This Guarantee is void if you do not complete the Event in its entirety or fail to engage with the exercises as instructed.
8. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The Event and all materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Peakality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your participation in the Event.
Your use of Event materials and application of any strategies shared is at your own risk.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data collected during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference herein and available at peakality.com/privacy
By registering, you consent to our use of your personal data for Event administration and communication purposes.
10. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Peakality reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the Event for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or insufficient registrations.
In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee or the option to transfer your registration to a rescheduled date.
We shall not be liable for any other costs or damages resulting from such changes.
11. Force Majeure
Peakality shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical issues, or internet outages.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your participation in the Event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Event shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to be held in Miami-Dade County, Florida, to the exclusion of courts.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peakality relating to the Event and supersede any prior agreements.
